These terms apply to the H-Music Parent App for enrolled H-Music families. By using the app, you agree to use it only for managing H-Music lesson, account, communication, and tuition activity.

Parent Accounts

Parent accounts are for authorized parents or guardians of enrolled students. Please keep your login information private and contact H-Music if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Lessons, Rescheduling, and Cancellation

The app may show lesson schedules, cancellation options, reschedule requests, open slots, and studio policy reminders. Final scheduling approval may require H-Music owner or teacher confirmation. Within-policy and last-minute fees are governed by the studio policies shown in the app or provided by H-Music.

Tuition and Payments

Tuition invoices, package renewals, AutoPay reminders, and payment links are for real-world music lessons and studio services. Payments are processed through Stripe. H-Music may update invoice status, package balances, and account history after payment confirmation.

Messages and Lesson Notes

Messages, lesson notes, homework, and attachments should be used for lesson-related communication. The app is not intended for emergencies or urgent safety communication.

Changes

H-Music may update the app, policies, or these terms as the studio system evolves. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
