H-Music Parent App helps enrolled H-Music families manage lesson schedules, messages, reschedule requests, invoices, payments, and lesson history.
Information We Collect
- Parent contact information such as name, email address, and phone number.
- Student lesson information such as student name, teacher, schedule, attendance status, lesson notes, homework, and reschedule or cancellation requests.
- Messages and attachments sent through the app between families and H-Music staff.
- Billing records such as invoices, payment status, package balances, and AutoPay preferences.
- Basic technical information needed to keep the app signed in and working, such as session state and device/browser information.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. H-Music does not store full card numbers, bank account numbers, or bank login credentials. Stripe may collect and process payment details under its own privacy and security practices.
How We Use Information
- To provide lesson scheduling, attendance, rescheduling, messaging, billing, and tuition renewal features.
- To notify families and H-Music staff about important lesson, payment, and account events.
- To keep records needed for studio operations, parent support, and accounting.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to operate the studio, support families, process payments, comply with law, or use trusted service providers such as Stripe, hosting, email, and SMS providers.
Retention and Access
Lesson, account, and billing records may be retained while the student is enrolled and for reasonable business, tax, accounting, and support purposes. Families may contact H-Music & Arts to request help with access, correction, or account questions.
